Shopify offers three different pricing options for business owners, starting at $29 USD/month. Shopify Plus is also available for enterprise clients, which is above the advanced plan. If you’re interested in Shopify Plus, please have a conversation with us. Domains for your online store can be purchased through your Shopify admin. Domains start at $12/year. Shopify Apps can have monthly costs that are billed with your Shopify invoice each month.
When you work with a Shopify partner, we create a development store for you, so while we build your store the hosting is free. The client will switch to a paid Shopify plan when we launch the store and open the checkout.

Domains
Yes. Domains can be purchased directly through your Shopify admin. You may also be able to transfer the hosting of your domain to Shopify. Read more details about domains with Shopify here.
Yes. Domains hosted through third-parties can be pointed to your Shopify store through editing the DNS settings with the third party. Read instructions on how to connect a third-party domain here.
Yes, you can have multiple domains pointed to your Shopify store, however you need to decide what domain you want as your primary domain that your customers will see.
Getting Started
Project timelines vary depending on client needs. A typical project can be completed in as little as 4 weeks, however projects can have timelines of 16+ weeks as well, depending on the clients needs and marketing schedules.

Yes, when working with Kased Digital on a project, our team will explore what your shipping and delivery needs are for the business and recommend apps and softwares to meet your needs. Once the strategy is solidified, we will configure the necessary tools and settings to give your customers the options they need at checkout. We will QA the process in our pre-launch stage to ensure everything is working ahead of your store launching.
No. While our team can configure dropshipping apps for you, importing products and ensuring your fulfillment process is smooth, we do not help with product sourcing and product strategy.
No. Standard projects include theme customization of Free and Paid themes. Custom theme development can be added to projects at an additional hourly cost.
Theme customizations are done within Shopify’s admin and are limited to the options that are built into the theme. Theme development is editing the code of the theme, which needs to be completed by a developer. Theme code edits can affect how Shopify apps interact and function with your live site and are always recommended to be completed by a professional team.
New projects start at $5,000 and each project is custom quoted. When your project is quoted, you will receive a breakdown of how many hours are included to complete each phase of the project.
Shopify has an amazing support team that is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about the functionality of your store. For things that Shopify support can’t help with, or you want our team to complete for you, our team is available through our Hourly Hired Help.
Yes. We include quality assurance testing in each project and will perform a test order together with the client and project manager at the pre-launch meeting. We also provide direction so the client and the clients team can test the checkout experience as many times as needed before the stores launch.
Yes, you can add Shopify training to your project. Our team will explore what your needs are in the discovery phase. If Shopify training is needed, it is typically completed in the pre-launch and/or support phase of your project.
You will have a dedicated project manager to work with you throughout the project.
SEO setup and keyword research is included in a new site build with Kased Digital. However, that is not a full SEO strategy. SEO strategies can include things link backlink building, additional landing pages built for different keywords and other targeted measures. An in-depth SEO strategy should be a priority for high growth stage businesses. Basic SEO setup is typically sufficient for new and/or stable businesses with more lean budgets.
